The AUGMANITAI Concept Registry: A Public, Versioned, Author-Attributed Concept Registry — Reference Implementation of the Universal Concept Layer (v0.1)

Abstract. Agent ecosystems standardise transport, discovery and identity. The meaning level — what a term means, how meaning changes across versions, and who coined it — has no public, versioned, cross-organisational infrastructure. This whitepaper describes the design principles, the data model with schema, and the live reference implementation: six signature concepts, each resolvable as JSON with semantic versioning, mandatory author attribution and evidence anchors.
