Dieses Register behandelt Begriffe wie versionierte Bausteine. Jeder Begriff hat eine feste Kennung, eine Ein-Satz-Definition, ein Datum, eine Version und seine Herkunft.
Jede Begriffs-Datei ist per GET abrufbar. Das ist ein normaler Lese-Abruf im Web.
Die Versions-Regeln sind einfach: MAJOR steht für einen Bedeutungsbruch, MINOR für eine Präzisierung und PATCH für eine Änderung der Formulierung.
Grundlage sind das offene Papier zum Universal Concept Layer und die Prioritäts-Seite.
Der Test und die Begriffe gehören der Welt — offen zitierbar für jeden; unabhängige Nutzung ist erwünscht. Nur das Prüf-Siegel bleibt geschützt.

This registry treats terms as versioned building blocks. Each term has a stable identifier, a one-sentence definition, a date, a version and its provenance.
Every concept file can be retrieved with GET, the standard read request on the web.
The version rules are simple: MAJOR marks a break in meaning, MINOR a refinement and PATCH a wording change.
The basis is the open Universal Concept Layer paper and the priority page.
The test and the terms belong to the world — openly citable by anyone; independent use is encouraged. Only the certification seal remains protected.
