F10 provides twelve blank rows and twelve fictional time records. F12 provides eight blank rule rows, eight blank gap rows and one fictional scenario with an unresolved authority question.
JSON contains the field definitions and is the canonical data version. Import CSV as UTF-8 with comma delimiters and dot decimals; preserve identifiers and ISO timestamps as text. An empty CSV cell represents JSON null, not a measured zero. CSV files contain static values, so calculations must be repeated after edits. Person-minutes and elapsed calendar minutes are different measures. No real participant responses, approvals or client outcomes are supplied.
