Many records say “a human checked this”. Often nobody can tell what actually happened: did someone just look, check one named thing, decide, or release something? This vocabulary separates the four cases. A program can use it to test whether a record contains everything a check needs.
Was die Regeln prüfenWhat the rules test
| Jede AufsichtshandlungEvery oversight act | natural_person, object_ref, timestamp |
|---|---|
| BeobachtungObservation | no named_property, no chosen, no permitted_action, no outcome, no alternatives, no authority |
| PrüfungCheck | exactly one named_property, stated before the outcome; outcome holds / does_not_hold / undetermined; not_performed is not a check |
| EntscheidungDecision | alternatives stated no later than the decision; chosen is one of them |
| FreigabeRelease | a decision plus authority_ref, an authority valid before the release, and the permitted_action |
| Undifferenzierter Beteiligungsnachweis (Warnung)Undifferentiated approval (warning) | human_involvement stated, but no act named or a label outside the four acts |
Die Regeln prüfen die Form des Nachweises. Sie stellen nicht fest, dass die Handlung stattgefunden hat, und sie sind kein Nachweis der Konformität.The rules test the form of the record. They do not establish that the act took place, and they are not evidence of conformity.
Technisch: Die Regeln sind SHACL mit SPARQL-Teilen (ein Prüfprogramm muss SHACL-SPARQL können). Jede Zeitangabe braucht eine Zeitzone, zum Beispiel Z oder +02:00.Technical note: the rules are SHACL with SPARQL parts (a validator must support SHACL-SPARQL). Every date-time needs a timezone, such as Z or +02:00.
