KernbegriffCore term
Freigabe (Aufsichtshandlung)Oversight release
You release something because you were already allowed to – the release itself does not give you that right, and it does not prove everything is correct.
Kennst du das?Ever had this?
You already have the right at the sports club to let practice start, and today you let it go ahead, without that showing whether the field has a named property. With a program, you permit a stated action under authority you already hold, and that release is not a check and not a mere look.
DefinitionDefinition
A decision in which the overseer, acting within standing authority they hold, permits a specified action or class of actions to be carried out.
Was es nicht istWhat it is not
Unlike other decisions, a release permits a stated action under authority that existed before the act; it cannot create that authority and does not establish that any property holds. Unlike release in ISO 9000:2015, 3.12.7, permission to proceed to the next stage of a process or the next process, it is an oversight act of a natural person under standing authority, and it does not presuppose the planned verification arrangements of ISO 9001:2015, 8.6. It is not a software release.

RegelnRules
- A release is a decision; record it with act_kind = release.
- It requires a reference to authority that existed before the act.
- A release does not establish that any property of the object holds.
- The authority must be held by the overseer at the time of the act; an authority held by another person, or expired, does not support a release.
