Andreas Ehstand verbindet zwei Welten: 25 Jahre internationale Trainer-Arbeit in Tennis, Padel und Pickleball — davon 20 Jahre wissenschaftlich fundiert, mit Stationen im Profisport und in der Tennis-Bundesliga — und eine unabhängige Forschungspraxis zur Zusammenarbeit von Mensch und künstlicher Intelligenz. Nach dem Staatsexamen in Deutsch, Sport und Informatik (Universität Bayreuth, 2011) lehrte und forschte er an der Universität Bayreuth und der TU Dortmund. Er ist ausgebildet im Toni-Nadal-Excellence-Programm (Zertifikat 2018) und Mitautor des Fachbuchs „Faszination Padel“. Ein KI-gestütztes Forschungs-Vorhaben zu sportlichen Leistungsfaktoren (Tennis/Padel) wurde 2026 amtlich als Forschung und Entwicklung bescheinigt (Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage) — bescheinigt wird die Planmäßigkeit des Vorhabens, nicht das Gesamtwerk.
