Im Verein gibt es ein Blatt mit Fassung und Datum: welche Wörter gelten, was wichtig ist, was wir nicht machen und warum wir so entscheiden. Nur der Vorstand darf etwas eintragen. Eine Maschine kann dasselbe Blatt lesen.

The club has a sheet with a version and a date: which words apply, what matters, what we do not do and why we decide that way. Only the board may enter something. A machine can read that same sheet.

A versioned, machine-readable record of one named entity's stated meanings, boundaries, priorities and decision grounds, used to describe how that entity decides; it contains only what the entity or an authorised recorder has entered.

Im Unterschied zu einem Overlay-Nutzermodell, das die Lücke einer Person gegenüber einem Expertenmodell speichert, hält sie den eigenen erklärten Entscheidungsnachweis der Einheit fest. Im Unterschied zu einer Wissensdatenbank ist ihr Gegenstand eine Einheit, nicht Fakten über die Welt. Im Unterschied zur Universal Concept Layer versioniert sie keine Begriffe für alle, kann aber auf sie verweisen. Erschlossene Emotionen gehören nicht dazu.

Unlike an overlay user model, which stores a person's gap against an expert model, it stores the entity's own stated decision record. Unlike a knowledge base, its subject is one entity, not facts about the world. Unlike the Universal Concept Layer, it does not version terms for all users, though it may point to them. Inferred emotions are not part of it.

Working paper: Zenodo (version of 2026-09-23). Records about natural persons are personal data; entries on priorities, boundaries or decision grounds can reveal special categories under GDPR Art. 9. For a natural person, entries are made by that person or by a recorder that person has authorised, and the record is deleted or anonymised when its purpose ends. Inferred emotions are excluded. This exclusion is broader than Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Art. 5(1)(f), which prohibits emotion inference in the workplace and in education institutions except for medical or safety reasons.
