Widerspruch zwischen Meldung und ObjektprüfungConflict between feedback and object inspection

The app says it is done, but when you look at the thing itself, it is not, or it looks different.
Kennst du das?Ever had this?
The note says the title was changed. On the sheet the old title is still there. With an AI, this is the same case when the message about one action and a later look at the object show two different states and the object has not changed in between.
DefinitionDefinition
The state in which feedback attributed to one action and a later object inspection indicate different execution states for that same action, such as done, not done, or partly done, and the object has not changed between them.
Was es nicht istWhat it is not
The gulf of evaluation is the effort of determining the system state (Norman, 1986); here a message and a later look show different execution states for one action, and the object has not changed in between. Partial completion mistaken for full completion misreads a part message's scope; this state is a conflict of two indications. An undifferentiated approval is a record that omits the oversight-act kind; this state is not that record.

RegelnRules
- Record the feedback time before the inspection time, bind both indications to the same action, and record the two state references.
- Set the case only when the feedback is about that action, the feedback claims the state that was inspected, the two state references differ, and no change to the object lies between them.

Für NormungsgremienFor standards bodies
Source: UXD-20261004-061. The gulf of evaluation is the effort of determining system state (Norman, 1986). An undifferentiated approval is a neighbouring term in the existing vocabulary. No conformity to a named standard is claimed.
Für OrganisationenFor organisations
Names the case in which feedback attributed to one action and a later object inspection indicate different execution states for that same action, with no intervening change to the object.
