For this occasion you pack several independent tasks into one bundle and have them worked on side by side.
Kennst du das?Ever had this?
Before the parents' evening you write, for this occasion, three separate requests on one slip, chairs, cake and keys, and the three run side by side.
DefinitionDefinition
A delegation practice in which a person assigns several mutually independent tasks to one or more agents as one bundled work unit for that occasion, so that the tasks are processed side by side rather than one after another.
Was es nicht istWhat it is not
Unlike batch processing, which runs a set of jobs without an interactive step between them, batch delegation is the person's assignment of several mutually independent tasks as one bundle for that occasion, to be processed side by side. Unlike a human-directed agent relay, which is sequential and passes one output on as the next input under an oversight check or an oversight decision by that person between the agents, the tasks in the bundle are processed side by side. Unlike a cognitive delegation cascade, which is the passing of one task through successive levels, the bundle is several tasks. Unlike workflow automation, which runs a pipeline defined in advance, each bundle is started by the person for that occasion.

RegelnRules
- Record the bundling decision before execution, record that the tasks in the bundle are mutually independent, and record that the bundle was started for this occasion.
- Do not describe a predefined pipeline, or a sequential relay under an oversight check or an oversight decision between the agents, as this bundle.

Source: unpublished internal source; not cited as evidence. The source distinguishes the bundle from single-task delegation by the bundling decision before execution, and from workflow automation by the ad hoc, person-started character of each bundle. Batch processing is already used for running a set of jobs without an interactive step between them. Each bundle is started by the person for that occasion. No conformity to a named standard is claimed.
Für OrganisationenFor organisations
